This grass seed mix contains Root-Building Nutrition, a combination of ingredients that is expertly crafted to help establish deep roots to grow thick, green turf so that you can build a better, stronger lawn from the roots up. This combination grass seed, fertilizer, and soil improver is designed for full sun and dense shade, and has medium drought resistance with medium to high durability. It can be used to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn. For best results, apply in the spring or fall when daily average soil temperatures are consistently between 55°F and 70°F or air temperatures are between 60°F and 80°F. We recommend using a Scotts spreader to apply this product (please refer to spreader settings on product label).
